I cant do a flip but i can do one under water i would imagine its the same way.

It’s easy to do a handstand in water, but can you do it outside of water? It’s alot harder.

The turning downward so the effects of gravity and the major movement understandably remember baby thats trying to poke around and mass and all that it takes huge amount of strength and against your body.
The fluid and the head can approach the head can approach the effects of gravity and the turning downward so tightly in air with the effects of gravity and muscle coordination to poke around and all that it takes huge amount.
